Hello, everyone.

This time is about questions that are hard to answer.

We get nervous when we have business meetings with clients, especially with new clients, because we usually meet new clients at the 1st business meetings for the first time.

When we have a business meeting with new clients, we hardly know each other so it sometime becomes like a mind game.

So, I experienced many unexpected questions asked by my clients.

If you are young, you might have that kind of problems.

You will be alright if you have knowledge and experiences. However, if you pretend to know something you do not know, it will suffer you for sure. Be careful!

You would be sometimes asked questions hard to answer. Some of your clients ask you that kind of questions on purpose.

Then, you take a moment and tell the clients “That’s a difficult question! How should I think about that?” I think that is a best way! Especially for elders and betters it will work well.

The clients will value your moment to think about the questions of the client seriously.”
And, you can give the clients “the unspoken understanding” that you wanted to be taught by the clients when you are asking back to the questions from your clients.

If you have a technique like this, you won’t be nervous anymore when you have business meetings with respectable people of rank.
